What To Do At The Scene Of An
Auto Accident
1. STOP Immediately, do not obstruct traffic, &
remain at the scene.
2. Call the police to report the accident.
3. Remain calm & courteous.
4. Exchange as much information as you can:

Name, phone number,
address, driver's license number of the other drivers &
witnesses.

Year, make, model, license
plate number of all vehicles involved.

Name of insurance company
or agent for other drivers involved.
4. Do not discuss the accident with anyone other
than your insurance agent or the police.
5. Notify your insurance agent as soon as possible.
6. Keep records of all estimates and expenses from
the accident.
